Quick Overview

Sidamo is one of the world's best coffees. It is well-rounded with wild and pungent notes and floral and citrus hints. Dark roasting gives it the crisp acidity of dark chocolate, while a lighter roast gives it notes of honey and toast. It has an exceptional aftertaste. Our Sidamo is grown at an altitude of 1,500m without any chemicals. Sidamo is a protected designation of origin.

TERRA-KAHWA guarantees the following: • The roasting date: your coffee is roasted at most 24 hours before shipping. • Type of coffee: Arabica • Origin: Ethiopia • Region: Sidamo • Year: we are currently roasting the coffee picked in 2008/2009 • The organic origin of our coffee beans (BIO label) • Picking method: selective picking (manual) or strip- picking (mechanised) • Processing after picking: wet or dry method • The Alter-Responsibleorigins of purchases Storage: You will receive a free TERRA-KAHWA tin with your first order. Subsequent orders will be delivered in a packet that you can pour into the TERRA-KAHWA tin. Coffee grinder: TERRA-KAHWA recommends the use of a coffee grinder that does not heat the bean to avoid losing flavours. Coffee beans must be ground just before brewing because ground coffee loses its flavours very quickly. Click here for more information.
