Quick Overview

Yirgacheffe is the name of a town in the Sidamo province. It is the best of all coffees. Each bean is selected by maturity, size and weight. The Yirgacheffe reveals a chocolate and fruity taste with floral and citrus notes. When it is roasted to a dark level, it has a tobacco aroma and a taste of dark chocolate, as well as a fine tannin aftertaste. A lighter roast gives it notes of honey, strawberries, cherries and vanilla. Our Yirgacheffe coffee does not contain any chemical additives. Yirgacheffe is a protected designation of origin.
