Sidamo, Yirgacheffe, Limu, Lekempti and Harrar are varieties from wild coffee trees that grow in the forest under the shade of large tropical trees.

None of these coffees have been genetically modified.

None of them have been subjected to chemical pesticides or fertilisers.
